PostHog collects usage data (such as which screens you view and in-app actions like starting, completing, or skipping a workout) and diagnostic data (such as crash reports and error stack traces), along with a randomly generated anonymous device identifier and basic device/technical information (device model, OS version, app version). This information is not used to personally identify you and is not used for advertising.

We share the usage and diagnostic data described above with PostHog solely to provide analytics and crash reporting for us. Content you create stays on your device. The anonymous usage and diagnostic data described above is transmitted to and stored by PostHog.
